Yes. We are actively acquiring based on the following criteria:

  • Communities with 80+ units
  • Stabilized affordable, workforce, and naturally occurring affordable housing (Section 8, Tax Credit, and market rate)
  • Primary, secondary, and select tertiary markets
  • Open to considering acquisitions in any state. Glick Housing Foundation currently owns communities in Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Virginia, and Wisconsin.

Glick Housing Foundation is a 501(c)(3) public charity. It is one of the charitable initiatives within the Glick Philanthropies family. Glick Housing Foundation hires the Glick Company to manage its apartment communities.
