Waico is an affordable community located in Milwaukee offering one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartment homes. We are located just north of downtown Milwaukee next to Carver Park. We offer many community amenities including online rent payments and maintenance requests, an on-site laundry facility, a fitness center, planned community events, and a service coordinator. Our apartments include individual climate control, washer and dryer connections, and heat and hot water are included.
