Hathaway Court is an affordable apartment community in Covington offering studio and one-bedroom apartments for people 62 years and older. Our community is a federally subsidized apartment community with rents and eligibility determined by government regulations. Our community offers elevator access, package acceptance, a laundry care center, picnic and grill areas, a service coordinator to assist with residents’ needs, and a social lobby. Our apartment homes feature abundant storage, emergency pull cords, and spacious living and dining rooms with some utilities included.
Glick Housing Foundation acquired Hathaway Court in 2011.
