Carriage House East is Glick Housing Foundation’s largest community with more than 600 apartment homes. The pet-friendly apartment homes feature spacious closets, completely fenced garden patios or café-style balconies, and several paid utilities. We offer several community amenities, including multiple play parks, open green space, the Success Center, and 24-hour emergency maintenance service. The 10,000-square-foot Success Center includes several multi-purpose spaces for community events, a teaching kitchen for cooking classes, an outdoor gathering space, and a welcoming entry with computers to serve as a social hub for residents and neighbors. Food and clothing are available to residents and far eastside community members through regular food and clothing pantry events.
