Briarwood Apartments is located on the southeast side of Lafayette and is a federally subsidized apartment community. Rent and eligibility are determined by government regulations. Our community offers one- and two-bedroom apartments (including those that are wheelchair accessible), and three-bedroom townhomes. Our apartment homes are well-maintained and are located on beautifully landscaped grounds near lots of options for shopping and dining. We offer several community amenities, including limited access entry, a clubhouse, on-site maintenance teams, and a playground. The apartments and townhomes also feature spacious closets, patios or balconies, and exterior storage.
