Ensuring existing affordable housing remains available and accessible to those who need it
We are actively acquiring based on the following criteria:
- Communities with 80+ units
- Stabilized affordable, workforce, and naturally occurring affordable housing
- Primary, secondary, and select tertiary markets
- Open to considering acquisitions in any state
Glick Housing Foundation currently owns communities in Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Virginia, and Wisconsin.
