We provide affordable apartment homes with a focus on supporting resident well-being. We invest more than $5 million annually in onsite services to support resident well-being because a place to call home is more than four walls.
Preserving affordable housing
We ensure existing affordable housing remains available and accessible to those who need it through acquisition, rehabilitation, and commitment to long-term ownership. Since 2005, we have invested more than $550 million in preservation efforts.
